How PlannerCraft Works

Client-Side Only Processing

  • ✅ All calendar and planner customization happens entirely in your browser
  • ✅ PDF generation occurs on your device, not our servers
  • ✅ Your custom settings and presets are stored in your browser (localStorage/IndexedDB)
  • ✅ No data is transmitted to our servers during customization or PDF generation

What Stays Local

  • Your saved presets and configurations
  • Your customization preferences (colors, fonts, layouts)
  • Recent template history
  • All template content and personal text you add

Data Storage

Browser Storage (Client-Side)

We use browser storage technologies to enhance your experience:

  • localStorage: For user preferences and settings
  • IndexedDB: For saved template presets and recent generations

Important: This data never leaves your browser. It's stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

No Server-Side Database

We do not maintain a database of user information. There are no user accounts, so there's nothing to hack or breach.

Third-Party Services

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand general website usage patterns (page views, traffic sources, etc.). This analytics service:

  • Does not track individual users
  • Does not create user profiles
  • Respects Do Not Track headers
  • Collects only aggregated, anonymous data

No Third-Party APIs

PlannerCraft does not send your data to third-party services. All features work entirely client-side.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies only for:

  • Basic analytics (Ahrefs)
  • Session management for site functionality

We do NOT use:

  • Tracking cookies
  • Advertising cookies
  • Social media cookies

Your Rights

Data Control

Since all your data is stored locally in your browser:

  • Access: Your data is always accessible to you through your browser's storage
  • Delete: Clear your browser's localStorage/IndexedDB to remove all PlannerCraft data
  • Export: Use browser developer tools to export your saved presets if desired

No Accounts = No Data Retention

We don't create accounts, so there's no data for us to retain, share, or sell.

Children's Privacy

PlannerCraft is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
