By accessing and using PlannerCraft ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlannerCraft is a free web-based tool that allows users to:

  • Create customizable printable calendars
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planners
  • Design habit trackers and goal planners
  • Create custom signs and to-do lists
  • Download generated documents as PDF files

All processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not store or transmit your personal data or generated content.

3. Use License

Personal Use

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PlannerCraft for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print and use the generated planners, calendars, and templates for your own personal organization and planning.

Commercial Use

You may use PlannerCraft-generated templates for commercial purposes (e.g., business planning, project management) at your own discretion. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or package PlannerCraft templates as your own products.

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • ❌ Resell or redistribute PlannerCraft templates as standalone products
  • ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • ❌ Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • ❌ Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
  • ❌ Use automated scripts or bots to mass-generate templates
  • ❌ Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, functionality, templates, and underlying code, is owned by PlannerCraft and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to any text, data, or customizations you create using PlannerCraft. We do not claim ownership of your generated PDFs or any content you add to templates.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlannerCraft is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy or reliability of generated content
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data stored in your browser

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlannerCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Service
  • Loss of data stored in browser storage
  • Third-party conduct or content on the Service

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security and backup of your browser data
  • Verifying the accuracy of generated dates and calendar information
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws when using generated materials
  • Printing and using PDFs in accordance with these Terms

8. Calendar Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in date calculations and holiday information, PlannerCraft is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Always verify important dates, holidays, and deadlines with official sources. We are not liable for any missed appointments, deadlines, or events resulting from errors in generated calendars.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of PlannerCraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process all data client-side in your browser and do not collect or store personal information on our servers.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PlannerCraft. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlannerCraft regarding the use of the Service.
